Creating Bitlocker Recovery password file
Can you create an Bitlocker Recovery password file on this information:

My external hard drive was encrypted by bitlocker on this password (733020440)
and recovery
it was working fine
Now after I format my laptop its unable open on this password and its required long password.
this is some information :
ConString="Provider=External Key:
ID: {7B05018E-E639-4D0D-A471-42E793A7246B}
External Key File Name:
7B05018E-E639-4D0D-A471-42E793A7246B.BEK
Numerical password
ID: {D88377EB-7240-4082-89AA-8280D4153BB8}

When the drive was encrypted, you should have been prompted to save a file with the recovery information (unless you laptop is a member of Active Directory and Group Policy was configured to store that information in ADDS). You must have the recovery
information in this file to access your BitLocker encrypted drive. If you do not, you will need to restore it from your last backup.

As kobeckman says, you need to find out the recovery key, then use this key to decrypt the drive.
