I replaced a cooling fan on my CPU, and removed and replaced the cooling fan on my ASUS video card to get the model number. When I turned my computer back on, the cursor lags way behind the mouse, and sometimes jumps across the screen. I have insured that I have th latest driver for my display. The mouse is n HP that required no software and plugs into a USB. This is a new mouse, because I had an older Logitec optical USB that started inconsistently not coming on unless I unplugged it and replugged it sometimes more than once. Anyone out there have any ideas ?
