Are you using the Dell driver for your architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) of Windows 7? http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=W764&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=PRN_INKJET_V305&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=True&scanConsent=False Refer to the online user guide for network setup useing the internal printer settings. Try no security first in the printer configuration and then attempt to connect and print. If you want security, use WPA 2, as Windows 7 favors that. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/v305/en/ug/d0e5859.html#wireless-network-settings
