hello how can i see which referal server dfs the client vista cache....thanks

Based on my research, I would like to suggest that you use the Dfsutil tool: In a elevated command prompt, type the following command and press enter: dfsutil /pktinfo Note: if you want to run the command in Windows Vista, please install the Remote Server Administration Tools first: Description of Windows Server 2008 Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows Vista Service Pack 1 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941314 Meanwhile, I would like to share the following document with you: How DFS Works http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc782417.aspx Hope this helps.
