I have a Toshiba computer that was bought with Visa software which worked great and I never had a problem. When I updated to Windows 7 I started to have disappearing characters when I typed and my cursor moving to another position on the page. I contacted Microsoft countless times and they even took over my computer but they never solved the problem. They had me uninstalling and installing the software again but nothing changed. My computer updates my software automatically and I have all the bells and whistles but the problem remains. It is very frustrating and wish there was an answer to solve this problem.1 person got this answerI do too
