This is not a very Professional question after all... But I use my PC for work and private things.

In the past few days I used a computer running Windows 7, and I shared my media with a PS4. Since I use a computer running Windows 8.1, sharing my media with PS4 does not work.

It seems this feature is linked with "home groups" (http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-4-Support/Problems-connecting-a-PC-home-server-to-PS4-Media-Player/m-p/45222269#M161535 or http://www.pushsquare.com/news/2015/06/guide_how_to_view_photos_play_music_and_watch_videos_with_ps4_media_player), and this feature seems to not be available for a domain member Workstation.
