DNS Client hogging resources
Windows XP Home SP3DNS Client is using 70% to 95% of CPU, regardless of browser used, and even when browsers are all closed. Problem just started recently. Makes everything run very slowly. How to resolve?1 person needs an answerI do too

What changes have you recently made to security settings / software? Are you using a Hosts file? Which browsers are you using?Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
