DNS not responding to facbook
i can't sign in on facebook. says my DnS NOT RESPONDING. help! all I know is how to turn on my laptop, everything else i know nothing.

If your troubleshooting skills are very limited, this is going to be painful since this is a technical forum.
At least to determine if you do indeed have a DNS issue, open a command prompt, type NSLOOKUP, hit enter. Then just type facebook.com. if you get a positive, expected result, then its not a DNS name resolution issue.
When browsers provide you with an error message, its usually very generic. The browser does not have the ability to perform a detailed diagnosis of the issue.

Hi,
Try this as well. Go to Start menu and type 'run' and press enter. in 'run' type 'cmd'. then a black screen will apear, in the black screen type 'ipconfig /flushdns'.
There is a chance that you have the wrong entries in your DNS cache.
