athrx.sys is your Atheros network adapter driver. See if there are updated driver files on your computer vendor's web site or on Windows update. Jerry

Didn't I say I updated my wireless drivers? I also updated my Ethernet drivers. Still BSOD this morning. Could this be something else?

The Atheros driver (athrx.sys) is the ethernet driver. Just to be on the safe side, I'd download and run Malwarebytes. I saw one reference on the web to athrx.sys as malware. Unlikely but it doesn't hurt to be sure. If you have wireless access, I would disable your Ethernet card in device manager and run wireless only for awhile. If the errors go away, you know for sure its associated with your Ethernet NIC and/or driver. If so, you may have to keep your inbuilt ethernet NIC disbled and get an external NIC. Jerry

Actually, turns out it doesnt help: I uninstalled the driver and re installed it, but still my computer just crashed. I'm using driver genius to update my driver; could that be the problem?
