Desktop Context Menu
I had installed ATI Catalyst Control Centre(Software for Monitor) on my Windows 7 PC, but I have uninstalled it now.
But there's still an option for "ATI" when I right click desktop.
How do I remove it now?
I tried searching in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/*/SHELLEX/CONTEXTMENUHANDLERS/
for ATI but with now result!
Now what to do?Sameer Thigale

I have seen this mentioned in the AMD/ATI forums, but don't remember the solution. Go to the AMD/ATI forums and post there. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi,
From my research, there is a registry causing the issue.
KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\ACE
Before deleting the ACE, please refer to the following steps to backup the registry.

I cannot find \ACE in registry.
In fact when I click the option I get the message"Windows cannot find 'cli'. Make sure you typed the name coorectly and try again."
I think it is related to windows...Sameer Thigale
