Vista Home Premium not operating well. I went into advanced tools and received this msg. OPCode-Shutdown degradation. Lo code-Id-4105 Event Id-203 Diagnostic Performance Key Word- Event Log. File name- iphlpsvc I do not know what is causing my computer to slow down etc. It is Vista Home Premium. Can someone help me fix this. Thank you.
