removed the line HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\DisabledComponents - but each time I restart the computer the entry is comming back??
How can I solve this ?

Hi,
You probably have a Domain GPO that disable the IPv6 stack on your computers.
On your pc, open a command prompt as an administrator then launch rsop.msc
Go to Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates --> Network --> IPv6 Configuration
Check the status of "IPv6 Configuration Policy" and if it disable some or all IPv6 components, you need to adapt your GPO for DirectAccess.

Check the below link and use the hotfix to fully enable IPV6

run netsh dns show state
What is the Direct Access settings ?
Check this registry setting, if available then delete it
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\DNSClient EnableDAForAllNetworks"
