On Windows 8 Enterprise,  Is there a way to have it configured where The Username and Password is displayed after clicking on the CTRL Alt DEL?  My system had the microsoft accounts disabled for login, It has ctrl Alt DEL required and an acceptable use prompt.  After CTRL- Alt -Del Is input the user gets an acceptable Use Prompt that they have to click OK on.  After this there is an Other user icon that must be clicked on in order to get the Username and password fields.  I would like to disable this so that after the Acceptable Use prompt they get just the login prompts.  This was doable on 7.
