Disk Defragmentation is missing from the System Tools. How can I restore it without reinstalling the OS? I would really appreciate If you please perform following steps. You can create a shortcut in the "System Tools" folder, by first right-clicking on "System Tools" in the menu and selecting "Open All Users". In the Explorer window that opens up, Click on File menu and click on New after that create a new shortcut, give "%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc" (without the quotes) as the location and "Disk Defragmenter" as the name.
