I am trying to back-up my data to an external hard drive. I get an error advising me that the back-up disc has a corrupt file system and to use the Disk Error Checking tool to fix the problem. I used this facility against the external hard drive. The check said everything was fine. I still get the same error. Please can someone help. Thank you
