When i boot up my computer it goes to the Windows Start up screen and then my computer screen goes blue so i have to turn it off at the swich and boot up in safe mode so i cannot use my coputer to its full potential. How can i fix this? i have already tried to turn down the resolution and i cannot change the colour settings.

Try running "SFC /SCANNOW" from the CMD prompt. Another thing to try is to either update your video driver or roll back to the older version.
