Dlink DWA 510 not connecting wireless to internet!
Hi all
I recently upgraded my modem to a Billion BiPAC 7300G RA from my old Linksys WAGv2 and now my computer will not connect to the internet via wireless!
I am running Windows 7 64 bit on my PC, with a DLink Wireless G DWA510 adapter to aid me in my travels on the net.
It used to connect when the Linksys was running my internet, but now it doesn't want to!
Every time i type in the password it just tells me that it is unable to connect.
I uninstalled my dlink and reinstalled it. I rolled back the drivers to try, then updated and tried again. the troubleshooter windows 7 offers me doesn't fix the problem.
I know it's not a problem with the wireless as I have three other computers which all connect to the internet via wireless.
Any steps I can take would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

Can reset the security to WPA2-AES on both the devices? What security ARE you
using?

Just a thought, do you know that you need to logged into the web interface, also know as router config page of your modem cum router.
Before configuring the device, you need to ensure which of the following does your ISP (Internet Service Provider) provide such as PPPoE, PPPoA, MPoA or Pure Bridge? As well as ensure the passphrase and ssid is the same
for both your pc wireless setting and the web interface of the modem cum router wireless configuration and alway remember to save if you changes any setting on the modem cum router If you're in doubt, just look at the modem manual
