I need some help, last night i downloaded it to get reed of something that my microsoft virus program had tried to get rid of all day and it keep coming back, so i thought i would give them a little extra help, i am a college student online, you see. Well, it scanned my computer for 3 hours and finally started downloading the program, 30 minutes later, it turned my computer on and off and nothing was the same as it was before it started. For one, i have Cricket Broadband, it has never gave me any trouble. Usually when i long on i have to click my icon for cricket first and then click connect and I'm online. But now, my computer immediately starts putting me online threw the dial network boxes and finally i see a page pop up and it tells me it cannot show me the page and to diagnose the problem. I did and that tells me that i am not online. I click the icon in the right corner of my screen to see if i'm online and it tells me i am not online, but there is a connection available, so i click it and here i am. There is to many things that got messed up, help me someone. KoryKory Hatcher
