Does windows 8.1 have a shorthand feature?
In OS X, there is a feature where you can go to a text tab and add your own shorthand abbreviations that the system will autocomplete for you when typing. Is there a way to accomplish the same thing in windows 8.1? Thanks.

Based on my knowledge, I cant find an official solution to complete the requirement.
