Domain Account constantly locked out when user locks computer
Hi All,
I have an end user whose domain account is constantly being locked out whenever she locks her computer. Some of the research that I've done points towards saved passwords for network shares being the culprit.....especially if she's recently changed her
password. She is also being prompted for her user credentials within Microsoft Outlook, 2007. Of course, when I called her this morning to ask about this, she's working at a satellite office this morning. I'm confident that she is on XP SP2,
possibly SP3. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue? If so, am Ion the right track and is there a simple solution?1 person needs an answerI do too
