Domain Login Screen
When logging Into Windows 2000 or or XP users are presented with three boxes User name Password Domain The Domain box can be hidden or displayed. I have just joined a Vista Business box to our domain and only two boxes are displayed. User name Password To login to the domain I have to add the domain name before the user name eg User Name office/paul.oconnell Password 123456 This is a real pain How do I get the three boxes to display so users don't have to enter the domain name?

This may not be your answer, but:gpedit.msccomputer configurationadministrative templatessystemlogonthere are some options that may help - specifically the default domain one.===Additionally the domain will assume the domain its a member of unless you use an account defined locally. the administrator account meets this criteria, but if you logon with jsmith, a domain account, you shouldnt have to specify the domain. not sure how this works in a multi-domain forest.
