I am not able to put my computer on domain as domain option is disable please give me some solution how to enable it.

working on windows 8.1 single language.

if the option is greyed out, this proabbaaly means the version you are running does not support being joined to a domain. Only 8.1 pro and enterprise can be joined to an AD domain.

If not running RT, you can upgrade to Windows 8.

Is the "workgroup" option available ?

I agree with SenneVL,please ensure joining the domain feature is supported by the present system .Only Windows 8.1 Pro and Enterprise support this feature .Please check your system version .

If the joinning domain feature is supported  ,please ensure the "Workstation"service is running .We can restart it to have a check.
