One hotmail user in our family cannot download attachments. The types include .jpgs and .pdfs; haven't received others. Other hotmail users can download successfully on the same platform (Win XP Home, 2002 Version, SP3, IE8). For other users, as the file is downloading, the window with the progress bar expands downward a bit and some text appears indicating that SmartScreen Filter has checked the file and it's safe. For her, that SmartScreen notification doesn't appear. When we access the Smartscreen menu, "Check This Website" option is grayed out; the other two options are "Turn Off SmartScreen Filter..." and Report Unsafe Website".1 person needs an answerI do too
