At work (Win 7 x64 Pro) I can drag the Taskbar/QuickLaunch bar around, and its icons are tiny (as I like them to be). At home (Win 7 x64 Ultimate) that draggable feature is not present and the icons are large. When was the draggable taskbar feature introduced? Should it exist on my home PC? How do I get it (and the small icons) on my home PC?

Hi, It seems that the Taskbar in your home computer is locked. Therefore, please right click the Taskbar and uncheck Lock the Taskbar option and then try to drag it.
