Drive shows multiple times under user in Windows Explorer
I have two hard drives - an SSD (c:\) as my HDD (D:\Data). In Windows Explorer, and also on my Start menu under my Username, Data (D:) appears four times. Clicking on any iteration of this cause all folder to display in Explorer. Hold the cursor over the arrow in the Start Menu for any one of these similarly causes all folders to be displayed. I have designated the D:\data drive to be my Documents folder in Windows, rather than the c:\user\documents folder. Could this have caused the problem? I would be happy to provide a screen print, but this forum does not support this. If this is not the correct forum, please let me know and I will repost or move accordingly.ASUS CM-6850 Intel I7-2600 CPU, 16GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 180 GD Corsair Force 3 SSD, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. You can save print screen in painting as jpeg or similar and paste it here or upload it to any public cloud repository (SkyDrive) as file. Rgds Milos

Hi, I suggest you try the following to check the result. 1. Rejoin the Homegroup. You can refer to Leave a homegroup 2. Create a new user profile to test the issue, , if this problem disappears, we can migrate your old user profile to the new account. For your reference, how to migrate the user profile http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile Hope this helps Vincent Wang TechNet Community Support
