Please try system file checker and disk check. Open an elevated commend prompt window, type:
sfc /scannow
chkdsk c: /f /r
Meanwhile, the issue is related to Microsoft Security Essential, you can post in:

able resolve the issue

I am scanning my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials, it always stuck at
C:\windows\system32\codeintegrity\driver.st. does any one know how to fix this issue.

Try performing a disk integrity check: go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command prompt, right click on Command prompt and click run as Administrator; in the Command prompt window execute the following command
chkdsk /f /r
Wait fot the end of the check and try performing the scan again.
