Drives keep spinning up. (ProcMon log included)
I have one primary HDD and two secondary HDDs. The secondary drives will randomly spin up, even when I'm sitting at the desktop and nothing is open. It's always both, one spins up and the other right after.
I've checked Process Monitor and the only thing accessing the drives when they spin up is explorer.exe.
Here's the log file, filtered to include the drives G: and H:

Hi,
After checking this issue, the cause may be the explorer.exe. Does this issue occur before? You could try to stop the index to see the result. Here
is the link:
Improve Windows searches using the index:

And it’s possible that certain anti-virus or hardware canner is running at the background, so you can access Clean Boot, check if the issue still exist.
Perform a clean boot
Hope it helps.

I reinstalled Windows. Indexing is set to index all drives, like it was before. MSE is installed. So far, the problem hasn't occurred.
I will slowly install the rest of the software I had before and see if I can find the culprit.
