Hi, Which update encounter the issue? Is it KB955428? If so, please locate the file works9.msi and keep a copy of its path (probably something like /hp/apps/app01116/src/msworks/works9.msi ). When the message pop up requiring to insert the disk, point the prompt to the file according to its location.
