While attempting to open the Easy Transfer program on the XP unit, I get the message "you are currently logged on using a temporary profile. restart and try again". Restarting doesn't correct the problem. There is only one user and it is identified as the administrator. I have attempted to create another user ID, but that doesn't work either. How can I get past this message and execute the transfer program?
