Hi,
We have deployed Cisco NAC into our company infrastructure. We also have created a group policies enable of 802.1x setting. It have deploy into most of our desktop. However we encounter some
scenario as below and it only happen to Windows 7 machine:
PC fall to sleep/hibernate mode automatically after idling 30 40 minutes. Wake
up the PC and login to windows.
Result A: User can login, get the IP address but couldnt access anywhere.
Result B: User can login, but couldnt get the IP address.
2. PC failed login to Novell, however can login direct to domain windows user account.
Some of our desktop is in concurrently login to Novell and
Microsoft AD DS. We in middle of transaction period.
Result: login to windows but couldnt get the IP address.
Action taken: Unplugged and plugged back the UTP cable while the PC logged on to window.
PC is working.
Anyone encounter this issue before? What else we could do?
Thank you.
