Enabling ICS kills wireless?
I have a weird issue that I haven't been able to find the answer to (on this forum, or elsewhere!).I just set up a network between my wireless-deficient desktop, and my wireless enabled laptop. They are connected with a crossover cable. Both are running Vista Home edition, non-SP1.I managed to get everything working (can access the public folder, printers, etc). The issue I'm having is when I try to enable ICS on my laptop. When I check the "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection" and press ok, it immediately kills my wireless connectivity. The thing is, the laptop still shows "Connected" as the wireless status...but I cannot connect to any website or log onto aim. If I go back, uncheck the option and press ok, it immediately goes back to normal.Am I missing something really obvious here? Thanks in advance!

Hi HectorAP In this environment, you need to enable ICS on the wireless network adapter. If the issue occurs after enabling ICS on the wireless network adapter, please reproduce the issue and export the Windows IP Configuration by using the command ipconfig /all for further research.
