Endpoint Quick Scan No Status in Client Operations

Hi,

I right click the computer --> Endpoint -> Quick Scan --> went to Client Operations but the status are unknown for 1 computer and the rest are 0.  Why and where is the log that correspond to the result?.

Hi,

Any idea?  I noticed that after several minutes (more than 30 minutes, the status will be unknown).  I also noticed that I cannot just right click on any computer and quickscan.  Because if I do it on the All Computers level, it appears like it will update all machines.  I have to create a new collection and add computers there that I want to quickscan before I can do this to make sure that not all machines will Quick Update.

Thank you for the post.

Why and where is the log that correspond to the result?. - The scan will log to file c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Security Client\Support\AmRemediation.log. the unknown status mean the client not available right now.

Thanks Nick.  I have tried it on several machines and they still come back unknown.  The computer is ready for sure.  They are online and working properly.  It just always comes back as unknown.  AmRemediation.log is also not present.  What else could it be?
