Enter cmd from my vista disk?
I dual booted with Ubuntu 10.10 but I don't like it and I removed the partition it was stored on but now it has a GNU Grub dual boot that came with it but of course none of it works because ubuntu is not installed any more. I heard about entering
cmd from my vista disk but it does not give me the option to repair my computer!!!!! Is there is another way to remove GNU Grub or reset my boot menu?!?!?! Please Help Windows people!!!!

Hi,
Would you please let me know which operating system you are running now? If it is Windows 7, please enter Windows 7 installation disk to repair computer.
If you would like edit the boot menu, you can type msconfig in the search box, delete any unwanted OS in boot tab.
If the issue persists, you can refer the following BootRec commands to repait boot menu.
BootRec /RebuildBcd – This will automatically rebuild the Windows 7 boot menu if it has become corrupt
BootRec /fixmbr – This will repair the master boot record (MBR) on your hard disk
BootRec /fixboot – This will write a new boot sector to your hard disk. This is useful if your boot sector has become corrupt of damaged.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
