Have encountered the following 4 error messages when attempting to back up my system on an external hard drive. I see that others have had similar problems but I do not know how to resolve it. Grateful for advice please. Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\SyncUP. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified.
