Hi Haraaaa, When exactly do you receive this error message?Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue started?Do you receive this error message when accessing any inbuilt Windows programs or any third party applications? However, you may put the computer in a clean boot state and check if any third party applications or startup items are causing this issue. Access the link below and follow the steps to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows XP.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353 If your issue is resolved after performing Clean Boot, then follow the steps mentioned in the following KB article to narrow down the exact source.
