Hi, I suggest you change the Preferred DNS server, try the following steps: 1. Click "Start", input "NCPA.CPL" (without quotation marks) and press Enter. 2. Right click on the connection that you use for the local connection, and then click "Properties". 3. Click to select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)", and then click "Properties". 4. In the Internet Protocol window, let's change the "Preferred DNS server" to 208.67.222.222 5. Click 'OK' twice to complete the modification. If the issue persists, please repeat the steps and change the "Preferred DNS server" to 208.67.220.220. Also, if the issue persists, I suggest you run the following command: ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew to get IP address & DNS from DHCP, the DNS server should be internal DNS server IP Hope this helps.
