I am having an issue installing updates

the error code is CODE 800F0922

I've tried resetting winshock in the command

Only the specific two updates are not installed correctly, right? Where did you get the error messages?
According to the CBS log, the KB2976978 seems to be installed correctly. Have you tried to restart the machine to have a check?
If the issue persists, please take the following steps to have a troubleshoot.

1.Run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to check the health of the system files.
2.Run the built-in troubleshoot tool to have a diagnostic.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\Windows Update

3.Turn off the antivirus software and the firewall temporarilly and install the updates manually(run as administrator).
4.If the issue persists, please try to install them in clean boot environment to have a check.

If the issue persists, please also upload the "windowsupdate.log " to troubleshoot this issue.
