I am trying to have internet access with Win 7. I had service and then after vacation I came home and it will not work. I have a Belkin N router hooked up and I tried it as well as just hooked up to the computer. I get the error code 651 when trying to get internet access. I have tried disconnecting the router and the modem many times with few successes. I have also tried the raspppoe.sys trick with no success. Please help.
