Error Code Received 0x4FF02
		
	I recently purchased and installed TuneUp utilities software.  Since the installation was done, I am no longer able to open my Microsoft Security Essential program and run scans.  I attempted to reinstall it, but received the following error code,
 and I am also unable to download a standard update for my Canon printer.  
I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Security Scanner, which detected no viruses.  Why would I be unable to open my Security Essentials program?

The TuneUp utilities software would take compatibility issues to your MSE. As this reason,
