Error Loading User Profile - Default User Profile Loaded (The usual solution does NOT work)
First of all, I've seen the recommended solutions about creating a new account and transferring data from the old account to the new account and have already done all of this. I have also installed a brand new HDD in the machine in case the old drive was failing.Here is the current situation:If the user uses Shutdown and Restart, they get the error message, but if the user turns the computer completely off and starts, the profile loads with no problem.1 person needs an answerI do too
