Error Message when I turn on my computer...
I'm sorry I don't have the actual message in front of me but thought I'd take a chance someone would know what to do. When I start up my computer there is an error message...mywebsearch.dll......of course its a lot longer but it is unable to find the file, I believe. I had this once before a long time ago and can't remember how to correct the problem. If anyone can help I'd truly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

caitlin2r1, My Web Search has malware in it and is considered malware. I suggest removing the program and see what the results are. If you need help with malware removal, then try going toPost Here for Malware Removal ... RickWith Windows 7, I found that installing the Vista software/drivers in the compatibility mode works well. I'm sorry I should have told you, I had removed the program/toolbar about a year ago, although parts of it still seem to remain. I don't know how to "remove" the "balance" or what's let behind. I don't know how to find it. I had this error message just after I removed it but again this was a year ago and I learned how to remove it but can't find the information again. I'm new to computer's, learning quickly but so much to learn. Help where should I go for help?
