Error code: 800B0100 with Windows 7

I have an IBM Thinkpad T60 laptop. I haven't used it in over a year. Well, I dusted it off last week and installed Windows 7 onto it. Everything went pretty well but now I noticed that I am unable to install updates. I get the error code above. How do I fix this?

It could be your firewall turn any anti-virus (including windows firewall off) and see if that works. If so, next time just add windows update as a perametter to your anti-virus.
