When i try to copy music from my library on my computer. To my Mp3 player i get "Error Has Occurred" why is this happening?

Hi , In most case, this error message means the MP3 player is not recognized by the computer. Thus, you cannot add or manage the music on it. Please take the steps to reinstall the MP3 player device on your computer. 1. Plug in the MP3 player, click Start, type devmgmt.msc in the search bar and press enter to open Device Manager. 2. Expand the Disk Drives list, find the MP3 player, right click Uninstall, disconnect the MP3 player, then reconnect the MP3 player and it should now detect the MP3 player.
