I believe our home computer had malware due to some pesky pop-ups we were getting. I searched all over the internet trying to find something regarding the pop ups. I found similar problems, but their answers didn't fix ours. So..I just did a system restore to 4 days earlier. When I was changing the startup in the System Config Utility, I got the message that only the administrator can make the changes. I was signed in to my husbands account, who is the admin. Last time this happened, a few yrs back, it was due to malware/spyware & I don't remember how I fixed it. Any ideas????1 person needs an answerI do too
