Error message when printing from Internet
When trying to print from the Internet, I receive the followiung message "You do not have permission to use the selected printer. If you need access, contact your network administrator".
I was previously advised to "Reset low integrity level on the Low folder, by entering the following at the command prompt": ICACLS "%userprofile%\AppData\local\Temp\Low" /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low". While this worked the problem then recurred.
I tried again and the problem was again temporarily resolved but then recurred again.
I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on a Dell Inspiron 560. My printer is a HP Photosmart C5180. I am using Internet Explorer 8.
If replying, please do not make response too technical!
Thanks
