Hi, I suggest that you try the following suggestions. Suggestion 1: Change authentication level. =============================== By default, Windows-based client computers are configured to use only NTLM version 2 (NTLMv2) authentication when the client computers use challenge/response authentication to authenticate to servers. This default behavior may cause problems when Windows authenticates to third-party products that cannot handle NTLMv2 authentication. To work around this issue, follow these steps: 1. Locate and then click the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA 4. In the details pane, double-click LMCompatibilityLevel.5. In the Value data box, type the value that is appropriate for your scenario, and then click OK.6. Exit Registry Editor. Suggestion 2: Change the security policy. ================================ Possible reason is that both computers are members of a workgroup. You give the Full Control shared permission to the Administrators group but not Everyone group. If so, try the following steps. 1. Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit.exe in the Programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password, type your password. Or, if you are prompted for confirmation, click Continue. 2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System 3. If the LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy registry entry does not exist, follow these steps: 1.) On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.2.) Type LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy, and then press ENTER. 4. Right-click LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy, and then click Modify.5. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.6. Exit Registry Editor. If the above suggestions do not help, please let us know what is the system of the computer that the source folder of the offline folder locate to. Arthur Xie - MSFT
