Hi,The picture isn't clear enough for seeing. I may almost read the message based on the outline of the error. I assume that you encounter this error "An unexpected error occurred" while clicking properties in the Wireless Network Connection Status Control Panel, did you?Regarding this issue, I would like to propose the following suggestions:1. Access properties by clicking “Change adapter settings"==>right clicking the Wiless adapter==>clicking Properties, and see if you encouter this error.2. I noticed that your computer has mutiple networks, how about accessing other network properties? Do you receive the same message?3. Run Network Adapter troubleshooter to automatically fix the problem:1) Click the Start button and type: troubleshooting in the Search box.2) Click Network and Internet.3) Click Network Adapter to troubleshoot the problem.4. Based on my research, I found that some persons came across this issue because of the security suite. After uninstalling security suite, installing the wireless device driver, then reinstalling the security suite, the issue is cured.
