Please run Chkdsk /f.Any ideas? Thanks.The next time you attempt to defrag and receive the message about check disc simply say no. If this does not solve the issue follow the instructions below.Click start > run > type cmd > ok. Command prompt will open. On the command line type chkdsk /r (note there is a space between the letter k and the forward slash) > press enter. You will receive the message the volume is in use would you like to schedule a scan. At this point type y > Press enter > type exit > press enter. Restart the computer and allow the scan to proceed.
