hi My internet is not working. i Have tried connecting to the internet with my on board Ethernet port but vista does not do anything. I have an on board 10/100 Mps LAN PHY Realtek RTL8101E and i need the network controller for it because when i go to device manager there is no network controller displayed in the system devices or software or something like that. I have tried connecting an external wifi adapter and that works but i really want to connect with the port. i have downloaded a driver update sofware and that tells me that i need a network controller but when i download and install it doe not install properly or at all because it says something about vista not responding. if you need more info please tell me. HELP!!!
