Anyone getting this error, with "shell windows" ? The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {9BA05972-F6A8-11CF-A442-00A0C90A8F39} and APPID {9BA05972-F6A8-11CF-A442-00A0C90A8F39} to the user "x1x2x3xxxx\Xxx SID (S-1-1-11-271111111-2111111111-411111111-1000)" from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool. I found the error appears when you run Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) shortcut. I have tested this and for whatever reason, this is the cause.
